Who is Locus? - Locus DTL, a BVI registered company, was formed to capitalise on strengths held by its founders gleaned from many years of active involvement in property development, construction, international commerce and marine sector businesses. Wide ranging experience in many different spheres of international business has provided a deep pool of contacts and skills upon which to draw to unearth superlative investment opportunities and put them into action. Since its inception, Locus have put together a winning team of people and partner companies that create excellent value for its investors through the discovery, planning and execution of high value development projects.

 

What do we do? - Locus concentrate on waterfront development projects throughout Europe, CIS and the Middle East although other challenging undertakings are also within our area of expertise. In addition to proficiency in hotel, residential and shopping centre development, Locus also have experience in marina design and construction in Europe, CIS countries and the Caribbean.

 

Locus supplies a responsible solution - As the interface between land and water becomes more sensitive from an environmental standpoint, the acquisition and use of waterfront land becomes more difficult. Locus work with city and local governments to create aesthetically pleasing environments that blend community water access needs with commercial and residential projects. The result is multi-use developments that provide an increased tax base as well as a method of increasing tourism revenue. Wherever possible, Locus utilise renewable and/or recyclable resources and low impact construction methods to ensure that any ecological disruption is minimized.

 

What is in process? - Our portfolio of active projects include the Sea Yachts Club Development on Kristovsky Island in St Petersburg, Russia with a value of €250M and a waterside wellness village development in Jyväskylä, Finland with a value of €60M. Marina projects in Helsinki, Finland, Sassnitz, Germany and Moscow, Russia are also underway.
